Disney 2010

We stopped at a hotel on our way down so we could be rested for Magic Kingdom

Neil and the kids all piled in one bed...I had to catch this in a pic

Arriving at the hotel

Due to camera issues (I forgot the charger for Neil's camera and Neil didn't want me bringing my nice camera) we went and bought a cheap camera at Walmart when we arrived at Disney. That is my excuse for the terrible photos from our trip. I guess I could be upset about the quality but at least I was able to get pics :)
We had such a fun trip and were able to get such a great deal. We all have so much fun when we go and this time was no exception. It is always magical for the girls and this year Cannon was so in to it as well, which made it that much more fun. We went to Magic Kingdom, Disney Quest, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. We did the meal plan...again. It makes the trip so much easier, provides lots of good food and is fun for the kids, allowing them to see the characters. One thing that is wonderful about Disney is that their height requirement is pretty low, the kids were able to go on so many rides. Kennedy and Cannon are fearless when it comes to rides, while London is a little more apprehensive. Cannon, as usual had no fear, which made watching him hysterical.
Blizzard Beach, I think, was our favorite this year. The weather was fantastic and the rides were so much fun! We were laughing the whole day and didn't leave until the park closed. The kids were all so brave, going down all of the big rides. I wish that I had photos of them going down the big slides...I was so proud of them! Cannon was even allowed to go on the big slides and it was so hilarious watching him come whipping down the adult slides, screaming and "whoot whooing" with his deep giggle. They had a fun family rapids that had us all laughing like crazy. Kennedy was little miss brave going down those tall, long, steep slides... that give you major weggies. Even London was a little maniac...we had to convince her to go on certain slides and then she ended up loving them. Oh, what a blast!!
Magic Kingdom is of course always a favorite, there is so much to do there. We love Animal Kingdom and the the Safari. Epcot had fabulous food (the French bakery that we save our snacks on the meal plan for). Hollywood Studios is always fun for the kids with the fun movie rides and playground. They need to do some updating on the movies that they have there. We went for the first time to Disney Quest at Down Town Disney. We already love Down Town Disney---it has an amazing Lego store, our favorite sandwich place that we ate at A LOT. Lots of fun shops, street entertainment, and Disney Quest which was so much fun. It is multiple floors ( 6 I think) that is full of video games, old school and high tech that are all included in the price. We went crazy in there and had so much fun. There is something for everyone and it really was amazing. I was feeling sick from getting coughed on earlier that day in the face by a little girl so we headed back to our hotel around 11pm. The next day I was fevering and achy so Cannon and I stayed back at the hotel and slept while Neil took the girls to Typhoon Lagoon. We decided to head back home early because I was feeling horrible. I ended up spending 5 days in bed with a 103.5 temp, bronchitis and pneumonia. Neil and the girls got sick and then Cannon caught it...his turned to pneumonia as well. We were so glad that the sickness happened and the end and not the begining of our trip...I thought that I was dying.
We really did have so much fun and we are so glad that we took this trip...it is always fun to take the kids to Disney, Neil and I love it just as much as they do! Can't wait until we can go again!!
